Crop videos in PowerPoint

You can crop videos directly in PowerPoint. This is useful when you want the video to fit your selected slide layout or when you want to remove parts of the video that you do not want to be visible. You can either crop the video to an exact size or crop it by dragging its edges.

1. To crop a video, first insert a video into your presentation.
2. Once the video is inserted, it will be automatically selected. The Video Format tab will appear, allowing you to access the cropping tool. Click on Crop.
3. Crop the video to your desired size by entering the dimensions on the right of Crop, or by dragging the edges of the video.
4. Once you are satisfied with the size, click on Crop or press the Esc key on your keyboard. Doing this will confirm the cropping.
